Hadley P. Sinkowitz Joins Protegrity Advisors as Research Analyst

Protegrity Advisors, a leading M&A firm based on Long Island, is happy to announce the addition of Hadley P. Sinkowitz, M.B.A., as Research Analyst.

As Research Analyst, Sinkowitz is involved in all aspects of Protegrity deals and plays a key role in preparing private companies for sale. Sinkowitz works as an integral part of the M&A team, analyzing and researching potential strategic targets, typically public and private companies and private equity firms, as well as current and future market trends and industry valuation factors. She plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transaction for every client and helps coordinate outside legal, accounting, and finance teams. Sinkowitz also provides support for deals in progress including managing the due diligence process and assisting with the drafting of teasers and CIMs.

Sinkowitz is an M.B.A. graduate from Binghamton University, focusing on Management Information Systems. She also works in intelligence for the U.S. Army. Prior to joining Protegrity, Sinkowitz worked at a New York City law firm.
